My story
With a background in communications and a passion for turning ideas into action, I’ve led and supported 100+ projects at a time, helped teams adopt new systems, and coordinated everything from internal campaigns to high-profile events. I naturally think a few steps ahead, so I’m often the one identifying roadblocks early and helping teams find the best path forward. I’m driven by excellence. I love refining processes and bringing out the best in people. I also really value strong, authentic working relationships, and I’m always looking to learn something new that can help the team grow.
As a Sales Director, my focus was on building strong teams, mentoring women, and organizing events that empowered others to grow with confidence and purpose.
At my core, I’m driven by connection, solutions, and positive influence. Whether I’m managing timelines, leading a training, or just listening to someone’s story, I show up with energy, empathy, and a deep belief that people and processes both deserve thoughtful care.
