If you could work with this candidate again, would you? Why?
I have been so impressed with Christy's work since she joined my team. Christy is always looking for the best way to accomplish the task or project at hand. She doesn't just settle for the bare minimum; she strives to go above and beyond to have the best outcome for anything that she is asked. I would definitely choose her to work with again! She is in the top 5% of all those I have worked with.
What was one of this candidate's biggest accomplishments while you worked together?
One of the biggest accomplishments that Christy was integral to was the implementation and migration to a new project management software. Christy helped coordinate training for the entire communications department, track and migrate over 428 projects and 1,657 tasks manually, as the antiquated software would not allow a seamless transition, maintain daily project management responsibilities, and oversee the change management with the project management team.
What was it like to work with this candidate?
Christy is a joy to work with! She is very optimistic and fun to be around while also having a keen business sense. Christy seems to intuitively understand business protocol, reporting to stakeholders, and managing complex projects, and can be trusted with any high-level priority with assurance that it will be done on time, under budget, and exceeding expectations.
In your opinion, what are this candidate's greatest strengths?
In my opinion, Christy's greatest strength is feeling empowered to accomplish something. She will ensure that the request is highly organized and does an incredible job managing people. Christy has too many strengths to list here, but she has taken the time to foster her talents and uses them to build others she works with.
How did this candidate handle challenges?
Christy handles challenges head-on. When there is a wrench thrown in a project or a risk that is concerning Christy ploughs ahead to find the solutions. If she needs to gather more information she searches for the answers. If she needs approval, she comes up with a couple of different potential solutions and presents them to her manager. This is a manager's dream because she is able to take some of the burden of searching for solutions, as they are encountered, and a quick decision is able to be made.
Can you tell me something about this candidate that might not be listed on their resume?
Something that might not be listed on Christy's resume is the fact that her people skills and soft skills magnify anything that does show up on her resume. Christy can walk into a room and brighten it. She is able to assess a stakeholder and help calm fears, obtain project buy in, and work with an array of different personalities. I haven't met anyone yet who did not enjoy working with her or had any reason to be concerned about professionalism. She makes each person she works with feel empowered and important and that their project is a top priority.
How would you rate this candidate's communication skills?
10/10. I think I have spoken to Christy's communication skills in the above questions, but Christy has a natural ability to relay information, obtain information, present to large and small audiences, understand what a person is trying to accomplish, and help bring entire teams together for a mutual goal.

Absolutely! Christy is high yield, low maintenance. She brings contagious energy and a positive attitude, balancing high initiative with the right level of deference.

Christy has several major accomplishments, but the one with the greatest and longest-lasting impact was redesigning our training website. She improved its design, organization, and functionality, making it more user-friendly and significantly more effective.

I always felt comfortable collaborating with Christy because she was more focused on “getting it right” than simply being right. She consistently goes above and beyond expectations as her standard way of working.
