As an Independent Sales Director, I would utilize social media to increase my personal brand awareness, engage with customers, train sales force members by example, build relationships, and drive traffic to the marketing funnels that I created.

I felt an obligation to delete my social media accounts and personal website after I resigned from my position as an Independent Sales Director to maintain integrity in the sales force and avoid receiving referrals through those platforms.
